in fact , Dr. Rossetto 's action has a deep impact on the the developping world's countries. the development of this regions means the increase of labour and skilled labour for developed countries. in fact , lets take this action from a northen and southern perspective. the north has many needs and are in daily need of a more workers. in addition , once developped , these countries would be able to buy and therefore become an important consumers. briefly, the development of undeveloped countries is beneficial to the industrial countries since it opens to them nuew markets. from a southern perspective , the develomment of education means the development of demecracy and therefore they can be accepted in the international community as members. in addition , the democratization and popularization of technlogies as Dr. Rossetto mentioned would have a deep impact on developping economies since it establish an equal access to technologies. nevertheless, opposition rises from the rich people side who claim that this action should not be there at all mentioning some technlogical problems. Dr. Rossetto's educational action has been welcomed by many poor countries such as mali , zambia and others where students have the chance where ever they are to stay connected to the world. as gramci defined it the world is becoming a world village ;consequetly, everyone who is not connected can be left.in addition, Dr. Rossetto talked about the googlazation of the education via these 100 dollar laptops. google is an important tool . it is an open windon to all the world's branches and sciencies; therefore, teaching students the world "google" as the first word is a way to engrave them the role that it plays even among developed countries.finally , the educational purpuse of such action show the desire of people in getting involved in the development of poor countries . some would accuse them of self benefits ; however ,I think that such action should be saluted
